I wanted a headboard and at the end we decided for one. I am happy because it's a nice product however is not a lot of choices. It should be more items more colors more options to ofer regarding to beds and headboards. I believe it's a good quality of the headboard however it's to expensive. It's almost the price of a bed and it's just a headboard. 700£ for a headboard it really seems to much even if it is a beg quality. Basically we had as a present from our families otherwise we would never give that money as it seems to much for this type of item.

I placed the order on Sat 26/05/18 and was told it was going to take over 4 weeks to be delivered. I was also incorrectly told on a previous visit that it would be only £30 to take away my old bed, but when I placed the order, I was told £56.

We paid £10.00 to have a morning delivery and were assured by your salesperson and by e mail that we would be given a time slot the day before this did not happen and when we phone the store the day before the person we spoke to said this wouldn't be the case. Confused!! We would have much appreciated a call giving us the 2 hour time band for delivery the day before. You need to put this right. Mrs Isabella Mitchell

Challenged the store on a price promise which was agreed then found a similar item even lower which I challenged again and then had to chase to get a response

This dreams is fine. I think the system is the problem. I had to sign three forms to order a headboard which has a three week lead time. There's no excuse these days for not having items like that in stock somewhere. If my wife hadn't had her heart set on it, I'd have been off to IKEA.

I was told there was a Friday delivery available which suited fine because i was off work only to be told after finalizing the deal that the delivery slot was unavailable! So had to pay extra for delivery on a Tuesday morning an have to use another days holiday to take delivery.

Once I had placed the order, which us a pr sent for my daughter, I went to the website to show her the bed to discover I would have r ceived free delivery rather than the £39 charged by ordering in store.

The assistant was very helpful and we were told delivery was 39 pounds which we accepted until we got the confirmation and noticed it said foc delivery sat and sun on phoning on mon morning i was told thatt sat and sun wasnt freeit was actually dearer i advised you sort your form as it was wrong and illegal

The attitude of the Manager, to whom the sales assistant had to refer left much to be desired. I pointed out the difference between the online deal available for the selected product compared with that available in store, prompting a hostile and aggressive response from the Manager. Maybe he has a background in timeshare sales, because the last time I received a response like that was when I told a timeshare salesman that I was not interested and to please leave me alone. I stuck with the transaction because I felt sorry for the sales assistant who was being challenged by the Manager, in front of me and was on the point of walking out when he touched me on the shoulder, laughed and said 'only joking'.

The cosdt of delivery was hidden from the customer not displayed. We were only told of delivery charges with "credit card at the ready" and felt misled. you did however when challenged waive the charge - as if you had not we would have gone elsewhere. Be transparent with customers do not try to mislead them.
