After spending over £2000 we were very displeased at having to pay £39 for the delivery of our mattress. When spending this amount of money we would expect for delivery of items to be included. For me this soured an otherwise satisfactory purchase.

Staff pounced on us as we walked through the door, did not let us look around and all the staff must have been bored as they all came up in turn one after another to ask if we need help. Delivery of item takes nearly a month, for such a big company, surely you keep some stock of basic item's, wanted a bed there and then, not in a months time.

Advised when browsing that there was 'no problem' with delivery. Was then advised could only deliver on one day in the week in which we were hoping for, however was told I could specify a time (the day I complete on my house purchase). Upon a call back to your store, I was told this was not the case and was therefore given wrong information. Also had to order the wrong bed, as apparently the colour we wanted was 'blocked' with the reassurance it would be changed. The adviser was very friendly but didn't seem to know what she was doing or what your processes and systems are. Perhaps she is new? I am yet to visit the store again to finalise delivery as I can't have it turn up when I don't even have the keys.

Last Tuesday we came to the shop to check the mattresses and we choose one which costed £179. We said we will come next day to buy this mattress and then we found out it was £199. We feel like that the price was put up as the staff knew we are coming to buy the product next day. If you change the price every Tuesday or Wednesday, the staff should have informed us in advance that the price will be higher tomorrow. It was unpleasant surprise when we came to buy the product next day. We still bought it but it was disappointing as we felt like we were not given all the information or it was a bit cheap behaviour from your staff. Kind regards, Katerina

We purchased a bed on the day (£2999), as opposed to shopping around, on the back of being informed by the salesperson that 'Dreams' operated a 'Price Match' guarantee. Upon returning home we discovered the same bed was available at the 'Beds Are Uzzz' showroom for 12% cheaper. We contacted 'Dreams' who told us that they could not price match this bed as it was made specifically for them by Tempur. Why were we not told in the store that the bed in question was not subject to a price match? Has we known this then we would definitely have shopped around first and found a cheaper bed. Whilst I accept that this alternative bed would not have had a 'cool sheet', I do not value this addition at a 12% premium. I am currently waiting too hear back as to whether I can cancel my order without penalty in order that I can consider purchasing the bed cheaper from an alternative supplier.

The colleague immediately took me to the most expensive mattresses without finding out my requirements. She then became quite judgemental when I asked to see items at a more reasonable price range. She also did not advise that there was a charge for delivery until I was entering my card to pay for the mattress. There was no choice offered in a delivery option.

purchased sofa bed with 14 hours of sale time left,find out 6 days after purchase item has been reduced by £80.00p,whens a sale not a sale,not happy.

Whilst processing the payment your employee was singing (loudly) to her self, talking to her colleague about his fizzy drink. Moisturising her hands whilst signing the paper work with us... Then continued to talk to her colleague about the flavour of his e cigarette. Extremely unprofessional and made the experience an extremely poor one. We won't be coming back to your Milton Keynes store.

We were offered delivery on sat 9 jan but the assistant picked thurs 7 jan, a datd we could not do. He said he would ring us back in 30 mins after he changed the date. 90 mins later he rang and said 9 jan was not available, he would ring cus services first thing in the morning, get it amended and ring us straught away. At 2.45pm, i rang the store, he answered and said he had forgotten, he would ring now and get it amended. Having lost all faith in him, i rang cus services myself and had to accept an alternative date of 15 jan, as the next sat that was available /we could do was not until 7 feb. We were very disappointed to have had to accept a date where we had originally planned a day out, as if we would have had to wait 6 weeks for a delivery, we would have bought the bed elsewhere.
