Very happy with my visit. The store was inviting and well presented. The staff were knowledgeable of the products and in offering advise to ascertain what I was looking for. They helped ask me questions I hadn't given thought to in my decision process. I tried several beds and probably if I have one criticism it would be that I would have liked to spend more time on the beds but with your 40 day in house guarantee I guess I'm covered and in my own home which is a bonus. I now just can't wait for my new bed to arrive. :)

I found that the price had gone up in six days between my first visit and when I went back to purchase. I only realised after I had placed the order but store wouldn't honour the lower price. Also I was overcharged by £20 as customer assistant ordered the wrong bed- slide store on two sides- and I had to point it out and then had to wait for a refund. I think store should have honoured the lower price I had seen 6 days before

We purchased an ex-demonstration mattress which unknown to us had already been sold to another customer even though the price tag was still on it. We have been through the most awful custom experience from the shop manager and customer services where we feel we were made to feel like criminals for demanding what we had paid for with a receipt as proof, but which was Dreams mistake. Even though we were offed a full refund, which is not what we really wanted, we were not informed that part of the refund would have to be made by customer services, and even though my wife wrote an extensive email to Jeremy Gerken Operations Director, we had no response at all, and no apology for the what has happened or the way we have been treated.

I was satisfied but found the pricing unclear e.g. The base separate from the mattress and the prices for single beds not always clear.

the store phoned us on Saturday afternoon to say that the bed would not be delivered as agreed on Monday as they had sold it to someone else!!!!!!
