Dreams - Milton Keynes

The whole experience was easy and pleasant. We were welcomed into the store by the staff. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, even offering us a drink. We were given an opportunity to do the sleep match, then shown various different mattresses that matched the results and given the opportunity to test them out with a pillow suited to our sleep style. The employee went above and beyond with helping us find the best bed and mattress for us. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace their mattress to come to Dreams. Very happy customers 😀

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman as we entered the store who offered us to try out the special bed to find out which mattress would suit our needs. He then spent time showing us the different mattresses that were recommended. We then came back a second time to try out the two mattresses again and then placed our order. The gentleman was highly knowledgeable and gave us space to discuss our discussion and we didn’t feel pushed.

Well mannered co-workers, friendly and the knowledge of the product was excellent. Instead of just giving me one option, they gave me a wide range of mattresses to pick from. Customer service also was spot on.

We had assistance from Charlie and she was great. Spent time advising and did things in an order. Charlie never did a hard sell and left us to decide ourselves. Did her best in every sense. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales assistant.

Colin went above and beyond to give us top customer service. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. He was polite and friendly, but not pushy like some salesmen can be. We we’re offered drinks and the purchase was very quick and easy

Charlie was very knowledgable and understanding. She was very pleasant and not pushy and she took the time to understand our requirements, whilst offering us choices to allow us to make an informed decision.

Keith @ Milton Keynes was extremely helpful. He forgot to give us the recycling bag and arrange for us to go to another more local store instead of a long trip. The only reason I would not return to the MK store is due to us relocating

product display's were very well laid out. Customer service was excellent. Quality of service & information from Colin our sales person was excellent. Pricing was good.

Keith was very warm and welcoming, explaining the reasons / benefits of using the sleep machine, took time to show me many Matteress options I was looking for without any pressure at all to buy

Colin who assisted my search to find the right bed for me was really helpful in getting the product I wanted at a good reasonable price.
