Colin greeted us immediately we walked in the door. A very friendly face and very helpful attitude. Knew all about the products and guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate bed for us. His knowledge and manner closed the sale for us, we were pleased we didn't have to trail around any more showrooms.

The salesperson greeted us and was really helpful, gave us options and seemed to understand our needs.

We were greeted by Charlotte and Colin and were asked if we would like a drink. We were impressed with the sleepmatch bed and also the patience of both Colin and Charlotte as we were not sure what type of bed we wanted.

Friendliness and knowledgeability of Colin. He used Dreams technology to determine the best mattress for my wife and I and then offered us a range to try out. At no time did we feel subject to pressure selling. As a consequence, we came away highly satisfied having purchased a bed, mattress, headboard, mattress protector and pillows.
