Dreams - Milton Keynes

Help finding the bed that suited us, very friendly sleep expert at Milton Keynes store called Keith. We had our toddler with us and all staff were fab with her and very accommodating

Colin had excellent customer service from start to finish !! He greeted us at the door but then gave us time to look around the store and wasn't being pushy at all. He then went through the mattress test and found me several different mattresses , I like the fact he wasn't trying to sell me everything that was at the high end. You could tell that Colin had loads of experience and was very knowledgeable. If it hadn't been for Colin I probably would have left without a bed that day

The staff was really nice there Keith and the assistant manager in the mk store was amazing they both helped out and advised the best options for me . They also went to the trouble of swing weather the colour I wanted was available (which unfortunately it wasn’t ) but they still helped make sure I was happy before the purchase. They also explained how I could pay it off and all the terms and conditions so I felt more comfortable .

The overall experience went very well. I already knew what mattress and bed I wanted prior to going to the store and was easily able to locate both. The staff member that served me was highly knowledgable of the products and carefully went through everything to ensure I was making the right purchase. The day I visited the store there were further discounts that the staff member told me about and also discounts on bedding as I was purchasing a bed. My needs were listened to and, as I say, she ensured I was making the right purchase (the type of mattress I mean).
