The overall experience went very well. I already knew what mattress and bed I wanted prior to going to the store and was easily able to locate both. The staff member that served me was highly knowledgable of the products and carefully went through everything to ensure I was making the right purchase. The day I visited the store there were further discounts that the staff member told me about and also discounts on bedding as I was purchasing a bed. My needs were listened to and, as I say, she ensured I was making the right purchase (the type of mattress I mean).

Sarah the sales assistant was so helpful and she made me feel at ease and in a safe environment.

Speed of service

The sales advisor, Charlie at the Milton Keynes store was excellent, knew exactly what we wanted and delivered this perfectly.

We were greeted on arrival at the store & instantly help with anything we looked at, socially distanced but still felt like assistant was really interested in our needs
