Dreams - Milton Keynes

Me and my partner were looking for a adjustable bed and a new mattress due to me being diagnosis with a condition in which I cannot get of out bed most mornings. I was extremely lucky to speak to a staff member with the same condition over the phone and then travelled to see her in person at the dreams store and she was very supportive and extremely helpful as she knew what I was going through and she was ever so patient seeing as we were in there for 4 hours to make sure we got the perfect bed and mattress - we were offered drinks through out the time we were there and the staff were all very happy and made our experience very enjoyable! Thank you! :)

Dom in the Milton Keynes store helped us with our mattress and he was superb! Was very sweet and incredibly helpful, we only went in for a mattress and left with pillows, duvets and sheets! We are so excited for our mattress to arrive!!

The young man who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable and if he didn’t know an answer would seek advice. He was informative with other products without being overly pushy.

Customer service was excellent. Greeted as soon as we walked through the store and had our needs sorted with 5 mins. Was able to be left alone to make financial decisions and not pressure into anything.

Colin was very friendly and professional.

Colin appeared very quickly to help me with my purchase, he was very polite, helpful, explained things, kept to social distance guidelines & even gave me a bottle of water. It all helped to make my experience a good one The only part I wasn't happy with, was the time I have to wait for my purchase, but that just couldn't be helped.

The staff member was very helpful, listened to what both me and my partner wanted. She showed us lots of different options from what we had said we wanted but also showed us different options to look at too. Very polite, understanding and helpful throughout our visit. She gave us our space to think about and dicuss our decision! One thing we both really respected was that the member of staff was NOT pushy with a bed sale at all! We had a bad experience at a previous shop (not dreams) of a pushy sale which put us off!

The staff listened to my requirements and then advised the products that best suited my needs

We were attended to by Keith who was very knowledgeable about the various products and gave us the opportunity to try different mattresses etc. after we tried out the test system. He was very friendly and helpful but not pushy like some salesman, he let us choose and decide if and what we wanted to order.

The assistant Colin greeted us with a good morning,asking if he could be of assistance we said we were looking for a mattress not sure which one suited us,took us to the sleepmode machine very impressed it showed a list of mattresses that would suit us,we tried several recommended and found the right one.delivery suited looking forward to a good night's sleep.
