The manager who dealt with us acknowledged and assisted us as soon as we entered the store and was very helpful and efficient and picked up in things we said and fully met our needs, as well as offering us deals on extras

The mattress machine made it easy to identify what would suit me best and everything was handled very quickly so it wasn’t the “chore” I was anticipating

The whole experience was really easy. The staff were engaging when we arrived and weren’t pushy. They gave us time to browse before approaching again and then assisted our purchase. We made use of the sleep analyser and I was impressed that Tina listened to our pricing requirements and didn’t try to upsell but talked us through the differences in our options.

We haven’t been bed shopping for quite sometime so, when we went into the shop we weren’t sure what we should be looking at, the beds all looked the same! Our helpful assistant explained everything, we were asked to lay on the bed that measures for the correct support of mattress. I was very impressed, the results showed there were only three types of mattress that was suitable. This made selecting one so easy. The pillows we were given to use were so comfy that we purchased those too! The assistant was so friendly and helpful that it made what was a daunting experience into a great experience and on top of that she was able to get everything delivered within a week and our old bed to be taken away. Definitely recommend to a friend and use you again.
