Sales lady was very professional and not pushy! She was very clear in explaining anything that we wanted to know.

The lovely lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and understanding. We got great discounts too.

Our assistant Colin at the MK store had great product knowledge. We knew the items we wanted to see and he showed us directly to them and also offered us similar alternatives based on the feedback we were giving.

We were greeted by Sarah, who was very easy to talk to and really understood what we wanted. Her knowledge on each mattress and the specifications of each mattress was impeccable. She made our choosing a new mattress and bed frame so easy. Not only that but she had a sense of humour too and that really does make the whole process a lot more pleasant and enjoyable when you can also talk and laugh with a sales assistance. Sarah is a real asset to dreams and without a doubt we will be back to purchase again not only because of the products but mostly because customer service is key and she really put us first

We knew the bed frame that we wanted but we were unsure what type of mattress we required. A very helpful member of staff called Charlie assisted us by suggesting that we try the machine that works out recommendations of suitable mattresses. We had our toddler grandson with us and Charlie allowed him to lie on the mattresses with us which was a great help. Charlie was very efficient placing our order and explaining everything to us. We were very impressed.

We were greeted on arrival and looked after throughout our visit by Charlie. Charlie was knowledgeable of your products and was not pushy at all. She allowed us to browse at our on speed and showed us the relevant products we were looking for. I was very pleased with the service overall.

From the moment we walked into the store and we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner by the store manager who explained all COVID guidelines clearly and listened to our needs and directed us in what would be best course of action for us to try the measuring bed. We then had a leisurely look around and was then greeted by one of the sales team who took us through the measuring bed experience and then onto some good choices of mattress that ideally suited our needs exactly. After guiding us around those choices she left us to take a good amount of time re trying the shortlist with no pressure to rush which was really good as it is an important decision to be made. We then asked if we could have a short break outside to clear the mattress fog and get some fresh air which was not a problem and welcomed. After a break we retuned to finalise our choice from the last two on the shortlist which was done quickly and then rejoined by our sales assistant who calmly completed our order. It was all done so well and we were treated in a professional but caring manner which is just what was needed on a big purchase like this. Thank you
