Colin the salesperson was first class he took us through all stages to choose the the right bed for us. He was polite and understanding.

We were served by a gentleman named Dominic who was very polite and helpful there was no rushing to make a sale the man who greeted as we arrive was also very polite (name unknown)

Efficency. Staff member especially knowledgeable.

The lady who greeted us at the Milton Keynes store was very polite and helpful and didn’t hover over us when we were looking around but made sure she was nearby for when we had questions about the bed.

Simple sale process with upfront discussion with sales advisor proving a good starting point. Mattress selection process was made easy Byrne sleep match software and Keith was very helpful in helping us select the right dress for our budget
