Tina was helpful from the moment we arrived, helping us to find our bed and allowing us plenty of time to move around and try out the mattresses. She has great knowledge of the beds and could answer our many questions.

The lady who serves me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and despite serving more than one customer at a time made everyone feel like they had her sole attention. She didn't put me under any pressure to buy the most expensive product but her product knowledge made the choice much easier and I bought a more expensive mattress than I had planned purely down to her service and recommendation and am happy with my choice. All the ladies in the store seemed to be working their socks off!

We were greeted by Sarah in the Milton Keynes; her calm, approachable manner guided us to assess our sleeping patterns. From using the Dreams assessment, Sarah showed us to the beds that were suited to us. For the two hours we were in store, Sarah supported our indecision’s to find the perfect bed for us. She even accommodated out financial requirements. What’s more, she gave us water and allowed me to use the bathroom (knowing that I am pregnant!). Her thoughtful, patient manner puts both me and my husband at ease and left us feeling confident in our final purchase. Thank you Sarah and Dreams!

Friendly adviser, knowledgeable and knew when to help and when to leave us to make up our minds.

A friendly sales assistant approached us as we walked in and took great care of us from start to finish. The sleep match technology was really useful in finding the right bed for us. We were given plenty of time to test the beds and find the best one for us.

The salesperson (Don)was very patient and listened to what our requirements were and offered us numerous opportunity to test the beds for our best fit. Great product knowledge as well

Colin looked after me very well. He approached to ask if I needed help in a professional non pushy way. He responded to my definition of need and made the whole experience good (I do not enjoy shopping)

colin was helpful, asked us to consider mattresses after our trial on the matress reaction machine, and encouraged us to try at least three as mentioned in the tests mattresses in the store display area, with appropriate corvid 19 protection, My wife Molly and I found the whole experience very encouraging, and we look forward to the actual dreams on our new mattresess when delivered, to our home address
