greeted by a very knowledgable lady, who guided us through the choice of options & was very friendly whilst not pressurising.

Can not praise sarah and charlie enough. Made my visit completely worth it. Sarah especially… helped me find the right kind of mattress i was after. Helped me confirm the type i wanted…. And showed me around the store, asked if they had another type ( gel one) and she showed me to a lovely one witch lucky enough they had in stock and at a FANTASTIC price!! Made me feel right at home and made me a lovely cuppa. Lovely talking to sarah and charlie. Have Allready recommended the store to a few people that are looking for a new bed. Please pass this on to them.

Colin got us scanned so he could advise which beds would be most suitable. He showed us various beds with good product knowledge of each. He moved away just enough to give us privacy to talk about the beds me and my husband were trying but was there for advice, info and we when we were ready to move on to the next one. Very helpful but not at all pushy.

Staff were all fantastic, my elderly mother wanted an adjustable bed and they spent time with us explaining the options. Awaiting delivery but staff were all amazing.

The assistant Dom was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. He took tme to understand our needs and was very attentive, friendly and provided outstanding customer service
