Friendly staff, but not pushy. Thanks to Colin for finding the correct bed and for Mohammed for taking the order and allowing me to try the mattress out again before I purchased it.

Tina the young lady that served me was very knowledgeable about my needs and the workings of the adjustable bed the only problem that I have is the length of time I have to wait for delivery but I understand the reason for this

I visited the store with my elderly auntie to help her purchase a new bed. Charlie was super nice and friendly and took time with my auntie to understand her needs.

The customer services officer was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us different products and made recommendations.

The fact that some products were available to take away directly and the assistant (Charlie) at the MK store spent time helping us decide what was right for us

Colin is the man! He welcomed us as soon as we entered the store, he gave us a quick & easy way to determine our mattress preference (sleep Machine), which was very effective. He asked about our price range, showed us a variety of mattresses & answered our questions / conversed pleasantly. We didn't once feel rushed or like we were being a burden, yet were in & out in less than half an hour. He offered us a drink & lovely pillows to use to test the beds (we may be back to purchase some!) He was very honest & even swayed us away from another mattress that we had already decided on at a competitors store earlier that day. All in all we're very happy with our experience thanks to Colin & hope that the mattress we've purchased is as good as the customer service we received in the MK store.

Very friendly welcome as we walked through the door. Advised what we were looking for and we were taken to the machine for sleep measurements and everything was explained in good detail. Hygiene measures was also covered really well which was a big factor for me as I did not feel unsafe whilst we were in store
