Overall experience of buying a bed and attention given buy staff member

Found bed online and ordered in shop.

It was our first time at the store, and straight away we felt that we are in good hands. We choose with Tina the best mattress and divan for is. Overall experience was very good, and left with smile from the store. Will go back there for another mattress soon.

Good attentive service

First time buying from dreams. I considered the choice excellent and good value. Staff were attentive but not pushy and had good product knowledge.

The customer service we received from Keith was outstanding! He was friendly and informative, but not pushy. He really made the whole experience pain-free and a bit of fun too! We used the bed simulator and narrowed down our mattress choice quickly, which was also super helpful.

Dominick was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand the needs we had and took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each. He allowed us to try each type, and was happy to allow us time to consider our best options before we decided to make our purchase without feeling pressured to do so.

The staff member showing us around was very friendly and knowledgeable, we never would have guessed he had only started 2 weeks earlier! The other colleagues were very supportive of him and helpful to us when processing the finance. The staff member paid us his full attention from the moment we stepped into the store, until the moment we left. A very good customer experience.
