The customer assistant, Dom was very helpful to us. He was very knowledgeable regarding the different types of beds and gave us as much time as we needed to make our choice. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. This helped us greatly in deciding to buy a new bed.

The finance system was down however the store assistant who was helping (Dom), issued me a quote and advised he would call once systems were back working. I got a call the next day and we was able to complete the transaction. He was apologetic and helpful with everything
