Sarah in the Milton Keynes branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose a bed. There was no pressure to buy and she was very friendly and easy to talk to

Had great assistance with finding the right mattress, staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience easy

Lady that served us took us straight to what we wanted.. she explained the way the item will be made up on arrival and what was needed to be done to join the two parts of the base.. very friendly and helpful .. good customer service and a lovely cup of coffee thrown in!

The customer assistant, Dom was very helpful to us. He was very knowledgeable regarding the different types of beds and gave us as much time as we needed to make our choice. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. This helped us greatly in deciding to buy a new bed.

The finance system was down however the store assistant who was helping (Dom), issued me a quote and advised he would call once systems were back working. I got a call the next day and we was able to complete the transaction. He was apologetic and helpful with everything
