We were greeted by Sarah as we entered your store, we told her what we were looking for and she showed the products that applied to our needs. Sarah was very knowledgeable about all the products she showed us. We were offered coffee and she gave us time to discuss the products without her.

The salesman Colin was very helpful with my elderly mother and was able to meet all her needs the only problem was she didn’t realise it would take a month to get the product,

I thought the dream match technology was really helpful in assisting me to find the right bed for me. This was aided greatly by the knowledge of Colin who assisted me with my selection with patience and genuine interest.

Amrit was very attentive and listened to the wants and needs we were after for our new bed. This was a big purchase for us as we have just bought our first home - so we wanted to ensure everything was right. The ease of viewing the bed and how it works was brilliant, and we were also able to organise delivery for the week we are due to move in which takes off a huge pressure. We also were offered the assembly package and we are very pleased we have gone ahead with that too as again, another thing we do not need to worry about.

The two staff members I talked to were highly friendly and helpful and made the purchase process incredibly smooth.

The lady assistant who dealt with me was extremely knowledgeable about all the products i was interested in, she listened to my problem & needs & was able to give me an insight into the products that i wasn't aware of without being at all pushy & explained everything to me - excellent lady - an asset to the store.
