From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with smiley eyes and a very warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady dealt with me from start to finish and was very efficient. Excellent service

Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us purchase what we wanted.

Upon arrival Charlotte was welcoming and very friendly, she allowed us space to browse and was on hand to answer all the questions we had. We knew which bed we wanted how ever not a clue on what mattress , Charlotte was amazing, really knew her stuff. We came away really happy!!

I felt valued and listened to, my needs were understood and I came away feeling that I had received the highest standard. The product knowledge was great and customer service exceeded my expectations

Mainly due to the friendly service of the member of staff who showed us around, his knowledge and patience in helping us decide the bed which most suited both my husband and myself. Also the Health & safety measures carried out due to Covid were all within the government guideline. In all - A happy couple looking forward to a really comfortable nights sleep when our chosen bed is delivered. Thank you.

Quick efficient service

Our assistant Colin I think his name was in the MK branch was really helpful we were first interested in getting a mattress topper but after he explained that the price ranges and put us on the machine to understand our needs he changed our mind and helped us find a mattress much more suitable. After discussing our budget he also found us a perfect mattress which was an ex display one that suited all our needs and budget he also threw in pillows and a mattress protector in for free. Very pleased with the service and delivery within a week.

Sales assistant very attentive to us. Gave us time to look around but regular popped back to us answering questions and offering advice. Not pushy like some sales assistants can be. She had a lot of knowledge on products and services.
