Great customer service

After being greeted on entry to the store, Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable about Dreams stock of mattresses/beds. She provided the correct pillows with protective paper so we could try the mattresses properly. We did not need the sleepmatch as we knew what we wanted. She offered us a drink and double checked all details with us for the order. Sarah was very friendly as were her other colleagues in the store. She explained the mattress recycling, delivery and extended cover clearly. Delivery was excellent. We were emailed and messaged about the time slot and date. The driver telephoned when a few minutes away. The delivery men were very friendly and the whole process was extremely easy.

Sarah was brilliant. She was very welcoming to the store when we arrived and allowed us to look around for a while. She directed us to the sleepmatch service which gave us a good indication of what we needed. Even offering us a drink after this. In the end she even threw in a couple of pillows with our purchase. Would highly recomend.

The Sales Assistant, Tina, was professional, efficient, helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly and listened carefully to our requirements. We returned the following day to make further purchases and were remembered by the staff. We were attended to well, very polite staff and not pressured. We benefited from some technology that helped with the purchase of the mattress. We received the same level of service when asking about lower priced products as we received with the larger purchases.
