From the minute we walked through the door we were treated very professionally and personally. This was our first visit to the store and very immensely impressed with Dom’s service.

The young assistant that served us was courteous and patient. He smiled the whole way through even though I was back and forth trying the same two beds.

The shop assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Best of all, when we asked a question and he didn't know the answer, he went and found out. Really good customer service and he really listened. Good job!

The Store Colleague Tina was highly knowledgeable of the product and was very attentive without being pushy. The choice of beds offered was extremely good and there was no pressure to choose quickly. I will certainly visit this store again when next shopping for a bed.
