Staff were very attentive, place was very clean and tidy.

Really friendly staff, gave us just the right amount of attention enough so we were told all of the information we needed but not over crowding so we felt pressured into buying (this is often why we leave other furniture stores). Sarah at the Milton Keynes store was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble great asset to Dreams I wish all sales people were this helpful. We felt very safe in this store with the screens and social distancing measures in place.

The young assistant that served us was courteous and patient. He smiled the whole way through even though I was back and forth trying the same two beds.

Sarah was an absolutely pleasure to deal with! Really friendly and helpful, with a lot of patience in finding us the right mattress.

The store was very quiet and staff were available. We were greeted promptly and guided through the selection process by a friendly member of staff who we got on well with. She dealt with things quickly and efficiently and seemed knowledgeable about the products. She was very helpful.

The Store Colleague Tina was highly knowledgeable of the product and was very attentive without being pushy. The choice of beds offered was extremely good and there was no pressure to choose quickly. I will certainly visit this store again when next shopping for a bed.
