This was our first time visiting the store in the retail park in snowdon MK. When we walked in we was warmly greeted by a sales associate called Dom he was so friendly and helpful. We told him we was buying our first house and just needed the mattress. He showed us all the different types of mattresses that was best suited to us and made sure we felt comfortable around the shop. He was super lovely and informative would definitely come back to dreams again especially with his service!

Dom at the Milton Keynes store was very helpful, nothing was a problem and he didn’t rush us. My wife & I spent a considerable amount of time in the store and he accompanied us all the way through. Very satisfied and we wish all retail staff were like this. Thank you Dom.

We were welcomed almost as soon as we entered the store. The member of staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. he left us alone to make crucial decisions, but was on hand to deal with any questions.
