Lee the assistant was very helpful, spent the time to help me and I knew the type of bed I wanted and helped sort the right mattress for my needs. I found my visit to your store stress free. The price for both was very good. Can’t wait to get my new bed now.

On arriving to the store we were met by Dom and he was very friendly and helpful. Dom helped us to choose our mattress by showing us the different options and allowing us to try them. He had great knowledge and we didn’t feel rushed with our appointment.

Salesperson by the name of Dom was extremely helpful and polite.

Lee gave us excellent service. Showed us lots of beds and explained the features of each one. Very attentive without being in any way pushy. We went away to consider and then came back and asked for him since he had done all the work the previous day.

Colin was very helpful but not pushy.

I entered the store with the idea of just looking for ideas. I was warmly greeted by Sarah, who guided me through the selection process. I was very impressed by her level of knowledge, and the care she took to ensure that I would have a selection of products to choose from. She took all of my needs and concerns into account, and helped me to select an excellent product. The care shown was superb, from offering a drink, to ensuring covid safety was observed throughout my visit. I was very impressed with the sleep match experience, and am looking forward to my delivery. I have already recommended this store to several of my friends and family - keep up the excellent work!

Sarah, the Sales Assistant was friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable about the products we wanted. She made our experience what it was.

I popped into the store to look for a new mattress and was greeted by Darren who offered me a bottle of water. He explained the colour coded throws that were placed over the beds and assessed which mattress best suited my needs. I was on my own as my husband was working. Daren made me feel relaxed, he didn’t put me under any pressure to buy and suggested I return with my husband when convenient. The store was clean and I was able to browse at my own pace. I had the opportunity to try all the mattresses and ended up buying a new mattress, bed frame and headboard and actually spent less than I would have at another store. I left the store totally satisfied with my purchase and it will arrive in less than 3 weeks.

My first experience of Dreams and I was very impressed. Was greeted on entry and shown where hand cleanser was. The store was very well laid out and prices clearly marked. The colleague that assisted me was a very polite young man called Lee. He was knowledgeable of all the products I enquired about and took time to clearly describe each of the products. He was very genuine and patient. It was refreshing not to have had a hard sell sales attitude from Lee! He was genuinely interested in getting the right things for me. My transactions were dealt with speedily and my goods all in stock. A lovely calm experience at the Milton Keynes store. I shall be returning
