From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly experienced lady who discussed my needs and explained all I needed to know. Then to meet another assistant who was extremely helpful and in my opinion went the extra mile . He moved the mattress I wanted from an unsprung base to a sprung base so I could feel if there was a difference. He was genuinely pleased to help it was no trouble at all. I was very happy with my visit .

Colin was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and also try and retry all the different mattresses.

Colin was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped us decide the right bed and mattress for us. On a previous visit a lady with very short hair was also very helpful when we had questions.

We visited the store with the intention of looking at mattresses. However, we were greeted by Lee in a friendly and attentive manor with a great knowledge of our needs and budget without being pushy or trying to up sell us. Lee assisted us with the Dreams sleep machine which gave us mattress recommendations, from this we had adequate time and a selection of mattresses to suit our budget and needs.

The customer service we recieved from Dom was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and it was really nice that he was with us throughout the whole experience. The little touches were also really fantastic, offering bottles of water and having paper available whilst I tried out the pillows. His service was so good that my mum even bought 2 brand new pillows, which she wasn't intending to do then. Everyone was friendly and really helpful and the store was great. The best customer service I've ever recieved I think.

Customer service was excellent , the automatic sleep machine to match the body was brilliant , delivery drivers was friendly. Finance options available was good. Would recommend to friend and family’s
