Colin was very welcoming, friendly, informative of product & made my whole experience from start to finish a comfortable & relaxing one. All my questions & concerns I had were answered thoroughly & with no rush. A very quick delivery date was given too.

We needed a mattress same day, as we had moved into a new flat. On arrival we were approached by Colin and we explained that we we interested in a mattress. He put us on the mattress flight simulator machine, which was enjoyable. He showed us various suitable mattresses and we chose a nice one, based on our needs and affordability. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely choose dreams next time. Thank you

The store assistant who helped us "Colin at MK Winterhill branch" was absolutely brilliant. Such a friendly man who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He could answer all our questions and advise on what was best for us. He offered us a drink while processing our order which I thought was a lovely touch, social distancing was very good and Colin made us feel very comfortable and spent time finding out our needs before giving advise. FAB SALES MAN, wish there was more like him!

We visited Dreams in Milton Keynes and Sarah was extremely patient from the on set with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. she greeted us straight away, offered us water, pillows and the sleep match machine. We had an idea of what we wanted but the sleep match machine told us that we would be best suited for something totally the opposite of what we had in mind. We decided to go for the medium mattress as this felt the most comfortable. Sarah's knowledge and re-assurance made our mattress purchase journey smoother. We were also provided hand sanitiser and paper sheets for the pillows to ensure our visit was safe and within the covid guidelines.
