Staff were very helpful and pleasant Shop was very clean and tidy and all displays gave a welcoming feeling Also the staff Enron moved the mattress which I preferred onto a divan base so I could be sure my choice was the one I really liked best

Went in with my mind fixed on purchasing the beds when in fact, after discussing with the sales advisor realised this wouldnt suit my needs and left with a completely different lot of products, unfortunately a lot more than I had planned to spend though. But better to fit with our needs.

Our shop assistant, Dom, was so friendly and helpful! He gave us a good range of trial mattresses to test, as well as a combination of pillows. He was knowledgeable on all of the products in store, and was a pleasure to work with.

Sarah was brilliant right from the start when she greeted us, we were offered a drink and she was very conscious of the safety towards us because of COVID but was also aware of the fact we were in masks for a long time so kept offering for us to have a drink to have a quick rest from the masks, which was great as I suffer with asthma and really struggle with the masks when worn for a long time. we were offered great pillow choices (which we also ended up purchasing). Sarah just seemed to understand both of our needs even though both very different we believe we found the perfect mattress for us. we felt there was a lot of choice and range for us to try and Sarah gave us plenty of time to make out decision, her customer service was just great from the start and made the experience really good.

Dom was delightful from the moment we arrived in store right through to placing our order and leaving. He was patient when we wanted to re-test a particular mattress, and when we wanted to look at at mattress that he hadn't recommended. He was knowledgeable and informative and we could not have asked for better service.
