Colin was and has always been very helpful and honest with us. we have bought a few beds from you and we always make sure Colin is there before we make a purchase. The mattress and base we bought this time was a Harrison which we have not had delivered yet. It is due on the 20th May. We have never had a problem before when we have bought from you so we expect the same good quality as previous.

Colin was very knowledgable and helpful. He is the main reason we chose to buy with Dreams.

We were looking for a double bed with the same mattress as we had bought for a single bed years ago. We showed her the label and she knew exactly which bed was the equivalent and showed us 2 beds similar but slightly different Firmness. She also wasn’t pushy and after giving us lots of info and explaining the layout of the store let us make our decision in our own time. Felt very covid safe as well.

Greeted at the door, hot on social distancing, very knowledgeable advice, shown all the products that suited us, easy purchase.

Acknowledged as soon as we entered the shop also the polite manner we were addressed

as we arrived we was offered a beverage, we knew what bed we wanted but we wanted to know what the different colour looked like so straight away he found a different bed with the same colour so we could see what it looks like, from a safe distance he offered to measure how we sleep and what mattress we would need after that he showed us a array of matrasses he was very patient as we discussed what one we would like and he didn't try to push us towards a more expensive one he then told us the great deal you had on at the time. payment was easy and fast and as we are moving house and don't know the exact date he told us how flexible your delivery is. i will defiantly be referring my friends to that store and in the fututre i will be using that store and hopefully get the same employee

The advisor Sarah was very helpful in understanding our needs and asked lots of questions ensuring we purchased the right product. She was very friendly and wasn’t pushy at all felt like she really listened to what we wanted .

Just a good experience especially with the computerised system for bed selection. No hard sell. All pricing explained. Excellent customer care.
