My experience from start to finish was enjoyable! Was apprehensive about even entering the shop. The assistant who greeted me listened to my needs and put me at my ease. Tina I think her name was.

Listened to what we needed in a new mattress and at no time felt like we were being pushed. All our questions were answered and it was good to receive knowledge of the company we decided to purchase a mattress from.

I had been browsing my bed of choice online, I entered into a online chat with a colleague who informed me that the lead time on the bed frame I wanted was 10-12 weeks! The following day I thought I would call to speak to somebody over the phone, I got through to Darren in the Milton Keynes branch, he was professional and friendly and it turns out he could get the bed delivered by 9th Feb! It was a really quick and easy process ordering over the phone no long wait times on hold to be put through to an adviser! Will definitely recommend!
