Sarah the sales assistant made sure all covid safety measures were followed. She showed empathy, listened to my needs and price range.

My experience from start to finish was enjoyable! Was apprehensive about even entering the shop. The assistant who greeted me listened to my needs and put me at my ease. Tina I think her name was.

I had been browsing my bed of choice online, I entered into a online chat with a colleague who informed me that the lead time on the bed frame I wanted was 10-12 weeks! The following day I thought I would call to speak to somebody over the phone, I got through to Darren in the Milton Keynes branch, he was professional and friendly and it turns out he could get the bed delivered by 9th Feb! It was a really quick and easy process ordering over the phone no long wait times on hold to be put through to an adviser! Will definitely recommend!
