We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store and assisted by Dom in the Milton Keynes branch. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He gave us enough time to decide what mattress was best for us and answered all my questions. Thank you.

So helpful! They made such an effort to make sure we were happy with the mattress we picked, Dom helped us walk around the store and spoke through the difference between them all and why they would be suitable for us. We then went on to pick pillows and a bed frame. Thank you for all your help!

Colin was helpful from the start and guided us through the sleep match process and then gave us a choice of mattresses that were bang on our budget without our having mentioned what we were looking to spend. We even managed to get a single mattress for our daughter for a lower price than we had expected to have to pay.
