I placed order over phone as l had problems paying online. It was extremely efficient and easy. The sales person Darren was excellent

I viewed the bed in store and was given a quote with all the details of my choices. When it came time to order we were back in lockdown and it was therefore necessary to order over the telephone. The adviser was brilliant. I had all the details required on the quote so was able to give all the right information and in fact at the time of order you had a sale on and therefore my products totalled £200 cheaper than quoted earlier in the year. My delivery date was perfect and I included installation. Overall a brilliant service and I was very impressed at the service standards you are maintaining even in lockdown. A very satisfied customer.
