Dreams - Milton Keynes

From start to finnish at these Uncertain times our assistant was phenomenal. We took ages to choose Our bed , nearly 1.5 hours Actually . She was so so patient with so much knowledge and tips and tricks to help us sleep better. The machine made us feel like we were being found the correct bed. We were offered water and the beds were being constantly sprayed with sanitiser. Social distancing was paramount we even had to Waite outside the shop till they were ready for us. We also understand why we have to Waite for Our new Complete bed. We purchased our bed on 31st October 2020. At 4.30 pm to go home to see that lock down was going to happen . Fingers crossed this doesn’t delay our bed we’ve been saving for a long time . Dreams thankyou and I hope we will be able to sleep better and dream more when our new bed arrives 🤞🏻🤷🏻‍♀️ Zzzzzzz

We went into the Milton Keynes store and found Dominik on our first visit really helpful, he knew and explained everything well. He was also very considerate with Covid. Unfortunately he was busy with another customer on our second visit but were assisted by Tina who was equally attentive and knew the products well, she ensured we received the best offers available and were able to order beds in quick time. Looking forward to receiving them although e have to wait until December.

We were greated as we entered by Tina at your MK branch, she talked us through a machine that analysed our needs, she was very knowledgeable about all the products we tested that day, without being pushey. We found her a delight
