Dreams - Milton Keynes

We went to Dreams to find a mattress for my partner and I, having never bought a mattress to share before we knew it wasn't going to be easy but definitely underestimated the amount of options and choice we had. Sarah in Milton Keynes was wonderful and took us to the scanner (which was incredibly cool) and talked us through our best fits. We ended up spending a lot longer than we realised in store while we talked through all the different options and what was right for us. Sarah was informative and professional, knowing when to leave us to lookand try the mattresses and when to come back and answer any and all the questions we had. After a good two hours (Sorry Sarah!) We finally felt confident in the therapur mattress we had chosen and that dreams was definitely the right place to come to. Thanks for such a good experience! :)

Colin realised immediately I have a mobility problem and ensured I was guided only once to each bed he felt would be suitable for me to access getting on and off the bed. He also double checked the comfort level I required and ensured we were made aware of the level of firmness in each mattress. His advice as to the matching head board and ease of accessing the Ottoman storage and additional maintenance guarantee for the struts was most helpful. Colin was an exceptional help and not at anytime did we feel as if we were being pushed toward any particular make. A very helpful gentleman.
