Colin realised immediately I have a mobility problem and ensured I was guided only once to each bed he felt would be suitable for me to access getting on and off the bed. He also double checked the comfort level I required and ensured we were made aware of the level of firmness in each mattress. His advice as to the matching head board and ease of accessing the Ottoman storage and additional maintenance guarantee for the struts was most helpful. Colin was an exceptional help and not at anytime did we feel as if we were being pushed toward any particular make. A very helpful gentleman.

Excellent social distancing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in and offered a bottle of water.
