Everyone was very helpful. The staff were knowledgeable. We were allowed to try as many beds as we wanted in our own time. Everything was very clean.

We were greeted by a member of staff and asked to sanitise. She asked if we needed help, which we did. She had a great understanding of all the products and led us to a few beds for us to try that fitted what we were looking for. She was chatty and extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We chose what we wanted and then she quickly processed our order and gave us a date for delivery which was soon and fitted our schedule.

In all honesty, we went to have a look at beds to get an idea of what we wanted. We did not expect to end up buying two beds and two mattresses as well as two bedside tables and blanket box. Sarah was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find mattresses that were suited to our needs (even though we didn’t know what those needs were!) The offers in store were also exceptional, 20% off bed frames when purchasing a mattress and also 3 for 2 on furniture. Without these offers I am not sure we would have purchased anything (if we did it probably would have just been two bed frames). Sarah was so friendly that we also placed our order in store, and she gave us the feeling that our order would be cared for personally rather than just on the internet - true customer service!! Highly satisfying experience and fantastic customer service!
