Very good feed back about products from Anthony, it helped us decide what to buy, good all round from when we walked into the store to picking out what we wanted to paying.

John spent time with us on the computerised bed to assess which mattress would suit us best. John got us a coffee and then left us to try each suitable mattress for a while. He returned when we had narrowed our preferences down to three mattresses and talked us through the three different mattresses to help us make our final choice. We were so pleased with johns help which enabled us to finally decide on the right choice for us.

Really helpful staff member (John). Helped us use the sleep match bed and showed us the recommended beds. Then gave us useful information to help us with our final choice. Nice coffee and pillows helped as well.

As soon as we walked into the store Tony from the Basildon store was very helpful and guided us to get the perfect mattress.

The guy who served us Tony was obviously highly experienced & showed us a few beds after we used the sleep test bed & showed us a couple of recommended beds which we were highly satisfied with a very comfortable experience
