Was not pressurised into buying but assistant John was very helpful and showed us all the different mattresses. Had a go on the computerised bed and that gave us a good idea of what type of mattress to purchase.

In a nutshell, we were looking for a very specific mattress and when we walked out of the shop, we felt we had what we wanted. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The sales lady knew what the products were and where they were. She showed us options irrelevant of whether they were above or below our spending threshold but gave us more options and I liked that. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Good selection of products and price, Did compair against others instore and online. Was attracted to 30 day 40 nights exchange , 0% finance, free delivery. Only 1 staff from start to finish, & very patient but not over bearing. Would go back.
