The salesperson was very knowledgeable on all beds I looked at. Very happy customer.

Tony was extremely helpful and had very good knowledge of products and helped me decide what I needed

The young man Anthony was very helpful, explaining about the mattress and really pleasant to talk to, offering us a cold bottle of water and going out of his way to assist with our decision, would ask for him in person next time we visit.

The shop assistant was very professional very efficient cannot fault top marks 100%

The staff was very helpful offered us hot and cold drinks, didn't feel like we was being pushed into bying a bed

Salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. Also liked the technology available in matching person to mattress

We were asked if we needed help but not hounded by the staff. There was no pressure to buy and the staff had good product knowledge.

The salesman John was very polite, the store was clean and I was offered a cup of tea which I excepted as it was raining outside and I have been there before.

Good & product

Having just moved house, this was my first visit to this store. I did not know what to expect but the whole experience was top class. From the moment we got in store till leaving, I felt valued and listened to. I was served by Tony who was very professional in his job and had a great understanding in all the products in the store. Tony was very patient and happily answered all my questions. Overall a great experience.. would recommend my family and friends. Lyn
