Both salesman were very helpful and understanding of my 89year mother need and request. We were not pushed to purchased additional products and were able to take our time.

Dreams' representative Tony was very informative and knowledgeable and took time to assess our needs and explained thoroughly the availability of both beds and mattresses. He did not push us in any one direction but advised regarding the suitability of the various products and left us to decide for ourselves both on quality, comfort and price. He couldn't have been more helpful.

The staff were very helpful and willing to listen to what we were requiring and were willing to give us various options in the context of what we were looking for. We also have the old mattress removed (£40 charge) and this will be recycled into floor covering (excellent). You also gave us free delivery - I am impressed. There was excellent explanation of the different payment options. John Howard was patient, understanding and very helpful. His colleague was friendly and made me a great cup of tea and gave my wife a bottle of water.
