As soon as my fiancé and I walked through the door we were politely greeted by Gary at Basildon branch. He was very attentive and listened to everything we had to say. Gary helped my fiancé and I choose the best mattress / bed frame for our needs. Gary really helped us make the right decision and informed us of other products, he really showed passion in his role, which is reassuring when making a large purchase. Thank you Gary. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming and friendly. Amanda was amazing she introduced us to the mattress machine and helped to find us the perfect mattress.

This is the 2nd bed we have purchased from Dreams. This time it was for my 10 year old daughter and it was good she had so many to try out. Tony the assistant was great, very friendly and helpful but not too persistent. He explained the bill, delivery, insurance etc very clearly too. We will be coming back for our new bed next year.
