Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming and friendly. Amanda was amazing she introduced us to the mattress machine and helped to find us the perfect mattress.

This is the 2nd bed we have purchased from Dreams. This time it was for my 10 year old daughter and it was good she had so many to try out. Tony the assistant was great, very friendly and helpful but not too persistent. He explained the bill, delivery, insurance etc very clearly too. We will be coming back for our new bed next year.
