We were greeted by Mandy as we walked in, she was very friendly and showed us a variety of beds and then gave us the time to talk and look around on our own. We looked at the option of having a bed with a TV and Mandy came back to us with some useful information. We came back the next day to order the bed and the whole process ran very smoothly.

We were assisted by Mandy who was very helpful and informative for our needs, gave us good guidance without the pushy sale talk, then pleasantly left us allowing us to discuss the options and come to a decision. The store was clean and spacious with a wide selection of beds to choose from. So all in all was a very relaxed process.

Jason was very helpful and patient whilst making our choice of mattress, he was very knowledgeable in the different make up of each of the mattresses we showed interest in, great service.

Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products. He understood that I was on a budget and assisted in getting the best quality products for my price range. I explained I suffer from insomnia and back pain and he knew in depth the products how heat can effect sleep with certain types of mattress and advised on mattresses that would help my condition. Jason gave me plenty of time to make my decision in what I wanted in regards to bed frame. Service was at a high end standard and i was very grateful for the help I received. I have always bought beds/ mattress for myself and son at Dreams and will continue to in the future. Overall - great service, quality and value for money at Dreams

the product was explained but the salesman didnt push higher end products he understood and listened to my budget and need for my daughter. he was pleasant and very helpful. most of all he tried hard to make me feel like a friend was helping me rather than a sales person.
