Friendly and very helpful staff. Kerry particularly was very knowledgable and helpful.

I am very pleased with the service received both from the sales person in store and for the 2 delivery drivers who were most helpful when they deliverd my mattress. They really helped me taking my mattress upstairs and bring my old one outside for me as I live alone and have back problems at the moment so was unabke to carry or move the mattresses. Much appreciated. Thank you I will recommend Dream’s to anyone that is looking purchase a new bed or mattress.

Mandy (Amanda)- The member of staff who assisted us with our purchase was very friendly and attentive, greeting us as we entered the store and offering hot beverages. Mandy answered all our questions and was very informative, making us aware of current deals and pillow offers available with our purchase and informing us about the additional product cover available. Tony - another member of staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience was as near perfect as I could have hoped for. This was SOLELY down to Tony the sales assistant. He was approachable, knowledgeable, attentive and above all I completely had faith that he was selling me the best product for me. PLEASE MAKE A POINT OF praising him. He made me refturn the following day and I have also recommended the store to others

We were personally greeted by Jason who then took us to a machine to test which mattress is suitable for our needs and offered us a drink and then showed us the ones right for us we then picked what one we liked he then put in some pillows for us as my husband was after them too so Jason was extremely helpful
