Dreams - New Basildon

The member of staff Jason was friendly, very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. He showed us the range of mattresses, assessed us on the sleep system bed and showed us all the suitable mattresses. I found the experience to be very pleasant and informative.

The staff were very easy to deal with. Very helpful and patient.

Was given attention when required and information about the mattresses. Jason was polite and not too pushy and offered us a cup of coffee also. Great service

Minutes after I had entered the Dreams store I was approached by a really helpful and friendly memeber of staff by the name of Jason in Basildon . I was given my own private time to look at the beds but he was there for me as soon as I had a question for him. After choosing the bed I wanted and very helpful information I was given a chair and a lovely cup of coffee. I felt very comfortable with Jason making my perchase . He explained fully about the delivery and date of my bed. It was a pleasure to buy my bed from Dreams and Jason Thank you Shelley Jiggens

I was very pleased with the products on offer and received friendly and knowledgeable advice.

The lady was very patient as we needed to contact our son as the bed was for him. She gave us all the information and then gave us some space whilst we decided on what option we were going to take. She also offered us team or coffee whilst we were deciding.

I was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the store and the choice of products right down to the pillows and the mattresses protectors. i was really impressed with the mattress calculator for myself and look forward to receiving my purchases and my first nights sleep on the bed. I am already using the spine alignment pillows and am also impressed with the improvement in my neck from sleeping with them.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Basildon store because: *The staff were polite and courteous. *The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds. *Was made to feel at home, had coffee made for us. *Was not rushed into choosing a bed or type of bed.

Kerry was fantastic! She had great product knowledge, was very helpful and took time to make sure my purchase was just what I wanted. Very helpful and I’d definitely return in the future.
