Highly satisfied with the service TONY at Basildon west gate store gave us he wasn't one of those salesmans that pester you too buy the most espensive bed/mattress because he did ask us if we was on a budget. He offered us to take the sleep match service in your store that we didn't know about which really helped us to choose the perfect mattress also was offered a cup of tea for when we had finished. We feel tony went above and beyond during our visit too your store.

Walked in dreading hovering assistants, but instead found friendly and professional staff that didn't make us feel pressured or rushed into purchase. The piece of kit that let us find out what mattress we need - a blast! Helps somuch to narrow down your choice into what you really need. We found what we were looking for and were led through purchase by a lovely sales clerk. Easy and clear financing options... A store that is a dream come true ;)

Excellent customer service was both my wife and I was offered a cup of tea, which is the first time I have ever experienced this in a shop. Old values are teh best values I find. John also offered a custom fitting using your bespoke software to make sure we ordered the right mattress and left us alone to make a decision and wasn't pushy which I appreciated. It very rare, I rate my shopping experience, generally because I don't enjoy it and can't be bothered. But all in all, other retail outlets could learn a lot from John and his approach in dealing with customers on an early Sunday morning. Well done mate and the tea was first class. In all a very enjoyable experience.
