Dreams - New Basildon

This’s was the second time in two years I’ve been to this store and found the staff very helpful with regards to what I want , items were well displayed and details of each item easy to understand . I would recommend that people visit Dreams should they be in need of any beds or accessories .

Very helpful and a cup of coffee

Jason knew what he was talking about Didn’t bat an eyelid when my husband and I layer on the bed( downsizing) I told him what I wanted and what I didn’t want He knew where to point me Was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy Spot on!

We came to buy a bed and we bought one, so objective met. The service was friendly and attentive without being overly so. The option to mix and match matresses and beds was a big draw. I have been surprised with how many shops would not allow us to do that.

I called store initially then had difficult locating it. John very helpful and offered to stay on telephone and guide me in. I may have given up otherwise. I felt welcome and John had good product knowledge. Finally Price was more competitive than other stores I had visited.

Never experienced such a brilliant service. Another assistant made us both a coffee which we so appreciated. Kerry took us to a machine that picked the type of mattress that would suit us regarding our height, weight, and problems with pains when laying down. we were so pleased with the second bed she showed us. The ordering and delivery was straight forward. We will definitely be returning to Dreams in the future.

Staff very helpfull. Especailly Kerry very friendly and helpfull.

Mandy knew exactly what she was talking about, when we ask questions she answered with a great deal of knowledge, she was very polite and didn't rush us.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in and listened to our needs on what we was looking for. She took great time in making sure we was happy with our decision and had great knowledge on all the questions we asked.

Tony the store manager greeted us on arrival and allowed us to look around un-molested, he was available when we asked questions and from that point helped us on finding the correct mattress and bed
