The parking is awful there but that is not the sales assistants fault. Mandy was amazing.. really helped us through the mattress confusion

I found the guy helped me alot, finding the right mattress for me, as I have back problems. He was very friendly and very patient.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a very smiley man who asked what we were looking for and who then guided us to the types of beds we wanted. We were asked if we would like tea or coffee on two or three occasions. While trying out all the beds to decide what we wanted we were regularly approached by friendly staff whom we could have a giggle with whilst choosing the bed for us. We would definitely go back to them if we needed further items as their approach was very relaxing. Thank you Basildon store staff.

When we approached Dreams Store. A lovely Assistant named Amanda was extremely helpful and let me try many mattresses. She was very patient. Amanda did offer my husband and myself cup of tea or coffee. She did put paperwork exact and explained everthing to us.

The sales assistant Tony was very friendly, and helpful and appears to really enjoy his job which comes across with his professional manner. He was very helpful, and available when we required assistance without being pushy.

The shop assistants was very professional and friendly.we were give plenty of choices, he didn't rush us.He also made sure after shopping we had a lovely cup of coffee, which was a good gesture.I will happily shop again.To Tony from Basildon Dreams shop, keep up the good work . Although we knew what we were looking for, Kerry greeted us and helped with the finer details of the bed we were interested in, on choosing a matteress she gave us extra pillows and made sure that we were happy to try and get a sense of comfy from laying down, we were offered a drink while details were being taken on purchase
