Guy was friendly, not pushy, gave space and time to browse.

I have purchased in stoorvmany times and always return as the service and value is fantastic. All my mattresses and beds have been purchased from this branch. I have been a customer over the last 6 years.

Was seen to straight away by staff member Jason, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and dealt with our order very promptly which is great for us having to bring in our young children!

The guy at the Basildon store was very helpful to my 83 year old grandmother who bought a new bed for her spare room, he was very knowledgeable and gave her plenty of time to look around without hassling for a sale. very refreshing, although she thought the prices of the beds were a bit dear she decided that the overall experience including delivery and the guys taking the bed to her desired room was was unbeatable.

The staff were were friendly and approachable and Jason, who assisted me, had a very comfortable manner which put me at ease immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the subject, but didnt put me under any pressure. Once he had answered my questions about the various beds and mattresses, he left me to browse and try out the beds in my own time. Overall my visit was a very pleasant experience.

i was served by KERRY who was friendly and new all the products very well .when i tried the mattresses she offered me a pillow to make it more realistic .little things like that matter .i was offered tea or coffee whilst she took my details . a very professional lady .

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was left to wander a little then approached which I liked and I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. When trying the beds I was given a memory foam pillow to help find the right comfort.

The gentleman that assisted me with my inquiry was extremely helpful, listened to my requirements and made suggestions after taking these into consideration and advised me on the pros and cons of his suggestions. Overall he (John) was extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgable.

Colleges were very knowledgeable and friendly. Quick to sort order even when having system issues.

Everything was spot on from when I walked in, to the service I received.
