Dreams - New Basildon

We dropped in whilst shopping in Basildon just to look at beds for our new home. We were approached by Tony who went out of his way to assist and explain items, also advising us we could order there for delivery to North Devon. We were so impressed with his help that we ordered there and then. That night my wife discovered the same mattress cheaper in another store chain. I raised this with the store and customer services, fully expecting a quibble over it. There was none, the staff were friendly and refunded the excess we had paid for with speed and cheerfulness. It is a long time since we have received such service and will have no concern over using this firm for further beds for the new house or recommending them to others

Got exactly what I wanted near to where I live.

Tony was a fantastic associate of yours from the moment we walked into the store. He helped us throughout the whole process, was patient with my needs and gave us a very good price on our new mattress and bedding. When asked if I could collect the items he did not hesitate to double check on stock in the Kent depot so we didn't have a wasted journey. Very satisfied and felt confident in making the purchase with Tony and Dreams.

This is the second time I have bought a bed from Dreams, and if this one is half as good I will be delighted. my last one lasted 19 years. and would still be going if I had not needed to down size. And if it had not taken two strong men to turn the mattress.

We were met by a friendly assistant and one of her colleagues even managed to find a previous order we had made 9 years ago! Very impressed you still have this information on your computer.

The friendless of staff and very knowledgeable and very helpful

Both Kerry and Tony were helpful and listened to what we wanted helping us purchase the items we desired. This was in stark contrast to the Lakeside store staff who didn't know the products, couldn't be bothered to help me and yawned in my face!

We found Mandy very polite and knowledgeable in her work,we were offered refreshments, she was able to answer all our question I would recommend to all.

A guy called Tony looked after us during our visit was made to feel very comfortable and important customers, he also made a wicked cup of tea, PERFECT in fact and I am fussy with my tea, it was a very enjoyable visit and I am very excited to receive our purchase, he was polite and very knowledgable in his field of work, I have no doubt the end result of our purchase is going to be the old fashioned perfection and that is unusual nowadays, thank you very much for a fab experience

We were given plenty of time to try out all the mattresses we expressed an interestin, and at no time felt pressured in to making a decision. We were also given plenty of advice and information about the mattresses and related products, which allowed us to make an informed decision.
