2nd time still great service

The sales assistant Tony at the Basildon Branch greeted us as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for, he then explained about the colour coding of the different types of mattresses. Tony also went through the different types explaining the differences and showing us the examples. He said to try the different type because the firmness varies between the makes. He offfered us coffee or another drink while we shopped and said he would give us time to try the mattresses and come back in a short while, which he did. I felt he was very helpful, attentive and most of all, which I like, not pushy. We decided to leave the store to have time to think on the purchase, which Tony was happy with and explained again that the offer on the mattress we were interested in ended that afternoon. We went back later that afternoon and ordered the mattress through Tony, who also explained about the 30 day satisfaction clause and about the 5 year warrantte which we also purchased and he got the mattress protector which came with that . Overall very statisfied with our experience and the service we received.

We were quickly greeted in store and asked what our personal needs were. We were then shown some mattresses and also a demonstration of the difference between coil & pocket sprung mattresses. We then had a match test on the computerised bed and were matched with the mattress that my husband had his eye on from the start! I was then given some pillows to try as i have trouble sleeping from pain from an accident I chose to buy the spinal allignment pillow. We placed our order there and then in store with a very helpful Mandy.

Staff were very attentive. We were offered tea or coffee and made to feel welcome and never felt we were taking too long to decide on the mattress we wanted.
