A fantastic service all round

A visit to dreams went as smooth as can be, was not pressured and took our time trying out the beds. When we had chosen the mattress we wanted the buying process was quick and straightforward. Delivery was arranged for 2 days later, we recieved a text with a 2 hour window, and the mattress arrived in that time.

We didn't feel pressurised to buy anything, we browsed for some time without being badgered. When we did seek advice the guy was very helpful and really nice.

Was given the help and assistance I needed, and able to purchase and bed frame and mattress quickly, and with a fair price.

The sales person was highly knowledgeable and we were not rushed in any way. All options were explained and we were listened to very carefully.

Was served by Mandy, product knowledge exceptional and directed me to the bed that was suitable for my needs. Whilst Making me feel totally relaxed and not at all inhibited which I had a preconception it might have had. Whilst at the desk placing the order I was offered a cup of tea and again felt totally at ease. Tony the manager was sitting by and got involved in conversation and helping with my order as I kept changing my mind in payment options. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase, the friendly although professional approach of Mandy and Tony. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a bed to visit the Basildon store. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted us when we entered the store, asked what we were looking for and gave us good product advice. He did not crowd us or pressure us while we were browsing, but was instantly ready to assist when we wished to make our purchase. He managed to find the balance between assisting effectively vs being overly pushy or crowding us. Shopping at Dreams today was an enjoyable experience.

The staff made the whole experience pleasurable. Very knowledgeable. Left us to make the choice we wanted without interference and made ordering simple and straight forward. Highly recommenced

Member of staff (Tony) was very approachable and had good product knowledge. I just wish you guys could deliver sooner as my current mattress is killing my back. Tony was great and got the soonest delivery date which was helpful.
