Unfortunately don’t remember the guys name but I spoke to him on the phone and explained I was short on time. I arranged a time to visit the store and the order was complete in around 15 20 mins very efficient

Jason was very helpful and informative regarding the beds. Though he left us alone while we tried out the beds which we liked. He offered us a cup of tea while we were browsing and generally made it a nice experience.

We had an idea of what we wanted and went into store to look around, both the store assistant john and manager were friendly and welcoming. We were offered coffee so we could take our time looking around. We decided which items we liked and they helped with sizes and ideas. We went home to measure up. Went back in following day knowing which items we wanted and again they were both extremely helpful and welcoming and made the whole process so easy

Kerry from Basildon and Pat from Lakeside both offered my self and my partner the space / time and information we required to make the correct purchase for our family.

Very satisfied with the visit to the store the staff are frequently and knowledgeable about the products . We was offered a cup of tea while we browsed the store.

Excellent sales service throughout. Today we had our mattress was delivered. We had a courtesy call half hour before arrival and the delivery arrived literally to the minute. The delivery team were brilliant . Very courteous and offered to take their shoes off. Mattress in place and old one removed in 5 mins. Faultless so thank you

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable whilst not being too overbearing. After explaining all our options he left us ample time on our to make our decision whilst keep checking back to see whether we needed any additional help.

Jason who helped was extremely knowledgeable about tthe products we needed which made our task of purchasing a bed some much easier .
