When we first entered the store we were greeted by Jason. Jason asked if we need any assistance, where we explained we had come into view a particular bed but also informed him of our needs. Jason explained the pros and cons of the particular bed we had gone into see but recommended a different type of base to help prolong the mattress. He then showed us to the beds that he would recommend for the price we wanted to pay and showed me whee the price vand became more expensive, he then allowed us time to look at the beds and for us to look around the store. He returned to us to see how we were getting on which is when we pointed out a bed we had found in the colour my daughter wanted, he explained this was more money than i had intended to pay but explained it was a better bed frame, we asked him to provide a quote for this. When then decided to proceed on this quote. Jason was very professional he listened fully to my requirements and was very helpful throughout the process. Jason took me over to the desk to place the order. John provided me with a drink and both were very helpful. Jason and john are a credit to the store and your company.

Kerry approached be when entering the store, asked what I was shopping for today. Instead of trying to sell to me straight away she gave me a pillow and pointed me in the right direction of the mattresses I might look to try, then left me to it but advised she was at the back of the store if I needed something. This for me was great as I don’t like to be followed when looking and there was no hard sale just answers to my questions. This along with price was why I placed an order. ‘Great customer service, with no hard sell’. Thank you

The store felt friendly straight away and the staff were brilliant especially Jason in the basildon branch, we tried out several mattresses and pillows and were happy with the choice
